This duo is part of Legrenzi's opera La divisione del mondo (Venice, 1675), and is a transcription of the setting by L'Arpeggiata with Philippe Jaroussky in its CD Via crucis.
A moving piece, suitable for 2 sopranos or soprano & alto. The continuo part is unrealized.
